They Said It Was An Accident...
Sawyer Dodd is a star athlete, a straight-A student, and the envy of every other girl who wants to date Kevin Anderson. When Kevin dies in a tragic car crash, Sawyer is stunned. Then she opens her locker to find a note:You're welcome.Someone saw what he did to her. Someone knows that Sawyer and Kevin weren't the perfect couple they seemed to be. And that someone—a killer—is now shadowing Sawyer's every move...
Sawyer's boyfriend died of a presumed drunk driving accident, until she finds a note that opens up questions on his death, and now that someone will do anything even kill more people, to keep Sawyer from getting hurt again. As you can imagine this book is very creepy and would make you want to keep reading to find out the answers you've been asking yourself through out the book.
This book has sat on my bookshelf for almost a year, i haven't picked it up since the day i bought it, for many reasons, one being the fact that i haven't read a mystery/thriller book and that this was my first and I'm glad that it was because this book has opened my mind to new genres and i would certainly be picking up many more mystery/thriller books in the future.
I wished i had picked it up earlier because honestly this book was amazing, i thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this book. It kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time, at certain points i thought i knew who the stalker was, but obviously i wasn't right. the stalker came out as such a surprise to me that i didn't even expect it. This whole book was a surprise to me because i wasn't expecting to like it as much as i did, i thought i wasn't going to like it because i haven't read a mystery/thriller book and i didn't know what to expect, but as it turned out i actually enjoyed it a whole lot more. The author did a great job writing this book, and am excited to pick up her future books.
